Leading 3D printing companies are lending their expertise to provide medical personnel in Israel and around the world with critically needed equipment to deal with the coronavirus outbreak. Every day, hospitals throw out more than 6000 face shields used by medical professionals. A coalition of 3D printing companies have designed and are working together to print face shields that have elements that can be sterilized, re-used and adapted.
