We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We never ask for credit card numbers.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what must be done to protect children’s privacy and safety.

Information is retained only as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected.  Information is then deleted to protect against unauthorized access to, or use of the information.

The purpose of collecting a child’s name and contact information is to:

Protect the security or integrity of the App

Take precautions against liability

Respond to judicial process, law enforcement or for investigations on matters related to public safety

Collect persistent identifier in order to provide support for the App

We do not market to children under the age of 13 years old.
